- Giving you the best - STI has partnered with Hartford CVB because we see value in offering you the best quality housing without negatively impacting hotel rates for your attendees.

Depending on your needs, we will enlist the support of the Hartford
Downtown Council, Greater Hartford Chamber of Commerce, Greater
Hartford Tourism District, Hartford Guide Foundation or the State

Registration Clerk Service
Efficient, polite and knowledgeable registration assistants are
ready to get your meeting started the right way. They can assist
with light typing, cashiering, hostessing and staffing information
booths. The fee for registration assistant services varies based
upon your requirements.
To properly serve you, please submit all requests for registration
assistance to the Director of Convention Services at least four
weeks in advance.
